For a fee Cielo Vista Ranch will allow you to climb these peaks.

The ranch is quit nice and I am thankful that they allow access however it doesn't feel right to pay.

Our day was gentle and easy going. Hiking from summit to summit up high with great views... very enjoyable. However there are plenty of peaks like this in Colorado that don't require a fee or coordination with a third party for access. So unless these summits are on your list there is no real reason to pay to hike them.
