Stony Mountain sits at the door of Yankee Boy Basin and offers stunning views of the Yankee Boy and Governor Basin peaks. Would love to go back and explore the couloir that runs Stony's south face. Not sure if it goes... but if it does it would be a 1300ft drop into Governor Basin.

I didn't know much about this line on Stony's south aspect. Wanted to ski it but Caltopo showed cliff terrain midway down. Being solo and late in the day I decided not to explore.
