Above the initial climb through treeline the trail crosses the stream and zigzags before continuing up the valley. Looking back towards Handies, Whitecross and PT13765

From the upper basin I would gain the low point of the ridge using the steep slope on the right then follow the ridge to Every's summit (top right)

Redcloud Peak. On the summit of Cooper Creek I made a game time decision to make a loop of it and dropped down to Silver Creek.

Silver Creek trail with Handies. Once I reached the Silver Creek TH I had about 3/4 of a mile on the road back to the Cooper Creek TH. It went quickly.
