The views were great and this area is incredible... so we descided to add some unplanned adventure (and a few hours) to our day with a ridge run that ended up cliffing out. Nothing ventured nothing gained right?
If you plan on using this GPX file... you should descend Treasury about 300ft north of the summit to where we easily passed through the cliff band and into the basin below.
Our descent route from Treasure and back to the TH was GTG.

Our initial plan was to descend Treasury's southwest face about 300ft north of the summit

However we made a game time decision to run the ridge north to the next bump

From the north most point on Treasury's ridge, we descended the steep west ridge with hopes of reaching the saddle

Run away run away... the ridge does NOT go! I am guessing we were within 500 feet of the saddle.

We ended up traversing a half mile south above the cliffs looking for weaknesses to down climb.
